Un tel plaisir de revenir depuis plusieurs années pour profiter de ce paradis paisible face a la mer.

J'ai passé un séjour très agréable à la Villa Pefkakia.

Christine et Yves sont des hôtes chaleureux et conviviaux, très diponibles pour nous. Ils sont de bon conseil pour les meilleurs restos du coin et les belles plages à ne manquer. Le site est magnifique.

Chaque soir, on ne se lasse pas des couchers du soleil ! Le petit déj copieux est à ne pas manquer : fruits, confitures maison, yaourt grec délicieux avec le miel local, les crêpes, un régal tout ça. Ambiance décontractée, on se sent presque comme chez soi tout en se mettant les pieds sous la table : le bonheur du matin Le salon d'été est très sympa pour prendre l'apéro avec nos hôtes et les autres invités.

Et pour finir, la piscine est là toujours prête pour un plouf ! Merci

Deux semaines au top en Juillet, comme à la maison, avec deux hôtes adorables dans un cadre paisible surplombant le spot de kite d'Agios Nikolaos. De belles rencontres avec ses hôtes Christine et Yves qui nous ont fait découvrir la région au travers de bonnes adresses à l'écart des lieux touristiques. De bon moments passés devant un petit déjeuner gargantuesque ou quelques apéros ouzos ou rosés avant le coucher du soleil. Merci Christine pour tes adresses culinaires coup de coeur, merci Yves pour nous avoir fait découvrir des spots de kite au top, merci à vous deux pour votre gentillesse et votre bonne humeur communicative. On reviendra c'est sûr !

C'est avec une grande joie que je suis retournée à la Villa Pefkakia. Merci à ces anciens Montrougiens comme moi, de leur chaleureux accueil, de nos tranches de fous rire, des apéros Ouzo, de la fête à la sardine, des rencontres avec leurs amis, de nos danses improvisées, le dancefloor a chauffé.. les boules à facettes et le matos musique ont assuré. Impec les DJS, Christine et Ema pour "la sique" d'un soir. Une semaine différente de l'année dernière, passée si vite.. A tout bientôt, de gros smacks

Juste parfait!!! Il y a des rencontres qui marquent plus que d’autres.. celle avec Yves et Christine fait partie de celles que l’on n’oublie pas! Maison du bonheur, remplie de rires, de discussions, de grandes tablées, de soirées, mais aussi de calme et de sérénité.. et puis le lagon, le vent, le kite, Baptiste et Cyprien toujours prêts à nous accompagner.. Entre rigolades, vue magnifique, petit déjeuners fait avec amour, vieux t-shirts Metallica qui sentent l'amour de la guitare agile et anecdotes à toute heure, c'est un vrai régal de séjourner dans ce lieu qui à une vraie âme. La vue est un tableau de chaque instant, les chambres sont tops mais mon lieu préféré c'est le garage ! Je sais pas vous mais nous on y retourne en Septembre. ❤️ Bertrand et Noémie.

Nous avons passé 10 jours à la villa Pefkakia; mon fils ne voulait plus en partir! L’accueil est tellement chaleureux et généreux que l’on s’y sent en famille. Vue magnifique, petits déjeuners magiques ( thanks les poules et les crêpes d’Yves). Le tout au milieu d’une belle nature. Sans compter les 3 stars du kite de la famille pour vous donner des cours.

We were overwelmed by the beautyful setting of the villa. So peaceful, away from the crowd and yet a ‘few steps’ away from lively Lefkada or authenthic Vonitsa. But ofcourse the best view was of the kite spot which was the main reason at the first place. We enjoyed the hospitality of Christine and family and enjoyed the new swimming pool at the fullest. Big hugs for Yoda and Axel Foley.

Hi, me and my husband stayed one week at Villa Pefkakia! First we love the company of Christine and Yves and there lovely sons. They are helpful in everything you need. Breakfast is more than you can eat. Yves buys every morning fresh bread. Eggs in every style Christine will make you. “We loved the sunny side up egg” ;)) rooms are clean and nice decorated. The new pool makes it easy to enjoy the day. When you are a kiter its a good spot to wait for the wind, because you see the sea and kite spot in front. Could write even more nice things. But find out yourself and book Villa Pefkakia for your holidays.

 I had a pleasure to visit Villa Pefkakia in august 2019 with my 4-year old son; and I must say: what a great holiday it was! The House is located in the most spectacular view of Levkada you can image, the breakfast is superb / my son loved the french pancakes the most :) /the atmosphere is relaxing, happy and you still have a privacy for yourselves - in case you want to start to write a book there ;) - then it´d be a perfect place! I had a chance to relax, kite a lot / wind is there almost everyday in the afternoon, get some good sleep and the rest, Bourdoulous Family has shown us what a true Greek holidays really means! As for kiting experience- you have got a chance to learn both freestyle and foilboarding from 2 passionate brothers -of this sport - and you know you are learning from the best in the Country! Summing up: huge 10 out of 10! We'll surely will come back there! with kindest regards to Villa Pefkakia Team!

Avons séjourné une dizaine de jours dans la maison d’hôte de Christine et Yves au mois de juin 2019 pour pratiquer le Kite surf sur le spot que domine la maison. Avons été reçu comme si nous avions été toujours de la famille. Le lieu est magique, et la vue enchanteresse sur la mer quand vous vous levez le matin vous donne la pêche pour la journée! Idéalement située pour pratiquer le kite ou autre activités liées à la mer. Je précise que le spot lui même est payant pour les campings car, caravanes ou remorques qui y stationnent. le site est aussi inondable sur une grosse partie! Nos hôtes (Yves et les deux enfants) donnent également des cours de kite et/ou de foil. Les chambres étant à part il est possible de rentrer à toute heure du jour ou de la nuit. maison à l'écart mais idéalement située pour aller faire vos courses, ou aux restaurants au village à 2 ou 3 kilomètres. Très proche également de l’île de Lefkada et sa "capitale" (une douzaine de kilomètres).Merci à Christine et Yves pour votre accueil, votre gentillesse et vos conseils pour visiter la région. Au plaisir de vous revoir bien vite.

This is such a beautiful place. The owners are super nice and I had amazing sunsets there. The few over the lagoon is spectacular. The best one what you can have in Agios Nicolas. The food and special drinks (order some wine) they have the perfect hand for it! The boys are the best kiters in agios and when ever you need some tips for new tricks on the water, ask babtiste or cyprean. All in all I would only book this place if I go there.

A beautiful spot, lovely hosts, and incredible memories! I stayed here from late May to July 2019 while I was trying to learn to foil. It was a wonderful place to spend a few weeks and I really felt like a member of the family here, even after I left! The kite spot down the hill from the house is incredible and a perfect place to foil. With a car (which I think you need) you also have easy access to Lefkada, with so many things to do and additional kitespots, about 20 minutes away. The rooms in the guesthouse are large and comfortable and it's well-suited for kitesurfing with a big garage to store your gear, an area to rinse everything off and plenty of room to dry things. Chris and Yves are effortless hosts who make you feel at home and have the perfect mix between including you in their lives and sharing their stories (and sometimes food and wine!) but also giving you plenty of time and space to have your own experience and enjoy the spot. Breakfast was something I looked forward to every morning while waiting for the wind to come up. The small town is a few minutes drive from the house and has 2-3 very good restaurants, for more options you can drive into Lefkada (if you have the energy after a long day on the water!).

We stayed at Villa Pefkakia, which sits up on the hill looking down onto the main lagoon and main kite beach of Agios Nikolaos. Straight up, when I go back to Lefkada then I will be staying here again! It’s so good for so many reasons.

Location – you literally get up walk out of your room and are looking at the kite spot. You can chill at the house and see the wind coming from Lefkada and the first kites popping up on the beach. You can even see Wooden Bridge and the church from the villa. It is set out of town away from any other buildings so it’s peaceful and relaxing. Its a few minute drive to the beach or the village.

Your hosts – the villa is owned and run by a French expat family who are so friendly and welcoming but never overbearing. Lovely people who all kite and know the area so can give you any advice needed.

The rooms – the rooms are simple, clean and comfortable and each one looks out over that lagoon.

Every morning walk down to the outdoor kitchen and get an amazing continental breakfast – the homemade apricot jam is delicious! We never left hungry for the beach!!

Also be aware that is an EcoVilla – they are off the grid and completely self-sufficient. It doesn’t really affect your stay but it’s good to know you are having less of an impact on the location. Of course, when you are there to film kiteboarding instructional videos and have 22 different batteries (or devices with batteries in them) that need charging every night, you do feel like you are taking more than your fair share of solar power but we seemed to get through ok :-)

We stayed at villa pefkakia for a week, with our 9 month year old son. We really enjoyed it. The room was nice and clean. The view is magnificent. Yves and christine are warm nice people. Breakfast is very good. We could use the outdoor kitchen which was ideal when our baby was asleep in the room. We often went to the island lefkas in the morning and kitesurfing at the spot that you can see from the room in the afternoon.

Les petits dèj d'enfer, et des barbeucs inoubliables, tout comme la vue .
